My wife and I contracted with Gresinger Construction for a (to us) large renovation and build out project when we moved into an 1880’is townhouse in the U street corridor. we worked directly with Rob Gresinger throughout the whole project. Rob took our project very seriously and provided us with options and professional guidance throughout every facet from architect drawings, permit resolutions, dealing with the Historic board in order to add an almost 1000 square foot rooftop deck and a garage to the small foot print of our lot! additionally Gresinger construction and his team of professional employees also did a full demo of our kitchen, Bedrooms, roof, and several floor projects, all while we still lived in the basement part of our house. The quality craftsmanship and professional knowledge we received from Gresinger Construction throughout the was fantastic.
